For dbtl ( direct benefit transfer of lpg subsidy )i have submitted form 4 ( mandate for non aadhaar based lpg subsidy transfer) to canara bank,burdwan branch.i have seen from my pass book that they have debited rs.113-00 for dbtl on 31/12/2014 from my savings a/c 0187111000880.for information i am telling that no banks is not taking service charge for dbtl purpose.please look in to the matter and oblige.

Canara bank should refund that service charge.
