sir,i had already filed a case in the district consumer forumc.c.NO.391/2010 for which the opponent had appealed in the state forum.my grievance is that the district forum does not admit the consumer to argue whereas we are forced to appoint a lawyer who does not reveal the exact postion of the case but keep on demanding money. The judgement is also not favourable for we have shelled out a huge amount to the lawyer than the compensation amount.the opponent has purposefully taken the case to the state forum(FA525/2012) for which we cannot afford to pay.so please do favour the consumer.

I want back the excess amount collected with interest, along with compensation for mental harassmentand court charges.
