Tikona:Plan Not Updated ,Mumbai

before 2/3 months, I have opted for a plan Rs 500 for which i have paid Rs 142 (As iw as already having credit balance of Rs 358 in my account). I have made payment through their website successfully. However today i got to know that the plan was never activated and i was charges on Rs 10 paisa/MB basis. When i contacted to their customer care they are not bothered to solve this issue however they are saying that you should call us after making payment failing which this plan will not get activated. Now the issues was it was nowhere mentioned on their website.

I suffered a loss of Rs 500 though it seems small amount but for me its not at all small. It hurts me financially hard.

I want either the plan to be actived and i should charge on the basis of plan i opted for
