Defective LG Refrigerator – Where is Customer Service ?

I Have purchased new LG refrigerator model no. BEG 5 on dated . when i bought refrigerator and brought to my home and opened it. i saw that the lock of refrigerator was damaged. the dealer has given me a defected piece. i complained to dealer named within 30 minutes and dealer told me to contact customer care and after coming home i contacted customer care they said that they change my refrigerator door and give back my refrigerator in 20- 25 days and i said ok , replace my refrigerator door and when their service man came to my house , I saw that the door colour was not same as my refrigerator so i didn’t replace my door
