I purchased a LED Projector from naaptol.com. My order number 6392476. I order this product on 3 may 2013 and received the same product on 21 may 2013 ( defective ). they ask me to replace it from chandni chowk warehouse as it was on urgent basis, it was also not working properly again i go there and replace that. after that it work for 10 min and video streaming stop working. i complain it to your. then you ask me to submit it to your ashok nagar warehouse. and that i received the product in 15 days. now after 3 days its video streaming stop working and audio is still coming.

I pay 7500 and my travel expense of 350 rupe and mentally disturb due to this cause .

I want to get my all expense and 7500.
