I have purchesed Z1000 tablet @ Rs.10990 and delivered on dated 19th Apr 2013. I was fighting for replacement with Indiatimes becoz I purchsed it on Indiatimes shopping but they were not interested to cooperatate so I called zync customer care no for help so they asked me to contact nearest service centre. When I went there they asked me to go to another service center and again they asked me to come on next day.. wasted my 3 days, After that they not ready to issue me BOE letter though if product is faulty and not working properly then I should get replaced by Indiatimed but the Zync persons asked to send it back to GGN service center, they are not beleiving on their service centre too.. India times also put up their hands .. again I have wait 20-25 days for my purched product even they are not ready to give me my money bank. WORST SERVICE..
