Sir, I am rajeesh , On 15th October 2011 I brought Suzuki gs150r Frame no: MB8NG49AHB8120139 Engine no: G423-154969. from essco motors nermankara trivandrum. after 1st service I note a knocking sound from engine I contact essco they replace engine part after that I note a missing and same knocking the missing from engine when engine heat around running 30km and also low millage .After many service from essco the complaint not rectified by them. Then I register complaint in Suzuki motorcycle through email. After that three times the Suzuki engineers visit and serviced my bike. The last time on 18th December 2012 two Suzuki engineers visit and checked my bike. The senior engineer found the complaint and he serviced the carburetor. After that he test ride my bike with me the complaint repeat, i ask to engineer why this happen he replay please shift down gear to lower. Now the same missing and knocking and low millage still remaining many time I contact essco motors there is no reply, please help me I have remaining only 6 months to end the warranty. Please help this is my last hope.

Engine knocking sound, also engine missing when bike run almost over 30km and the missing is increasing when increasing rpm (problem starts above 3500rpm to higher rpm not at constant throttle or rpm) and also increasing missing when ride more over 30km.Also bike become very hard to ride, and gear shifting become very hard. These are the problem I am facing, Also now the millage is very low some time I am getting below 35km per liter. I ride this between 45km to 55km.
