I booked one Asha Nokia 502 mobile set from Deja Vu site on 6th February. 50 days passed yet to receive it. From 10th Feb’14 assured that will receive in a day or two . Then it goes to within a week. But now stopped accepting phone calls. At least 15 times I mailed them. Every time same reply to wait for some time and have patience. All the staffs also seemed highly indifferent in replying. After all they are monthly income comes from our hard earned money. Even now they deleted the Complain tkt. no. Till today I have not received any intimation of when it will be shipped except 2 words – ” next week “. Already 7 weeks passed. Pl. take some strict action and suggest next step. My order no. is 100002625 dtd. 06.02.14.
