dejavutrends.com is online electronics shopping portal. I had purchased “Nokia Lumia 720(Black)” from them on 17th January 2014 for Rs 12658.00. They didn’t deliver it even after a month so I cancelled order and asked them for refund. My order was cancelled on 15th February 2014 and I was told I will receive refund in 7 to 10 days. But it is again more than 30 days and they haven’t refunded my money and provide proper answers if I ask when I will get my money back. They are not giving it back. I am attaching all possible documents here regarding it. Kindly let me know what steps I can take to get my money back

Apart from Rs 12658.00 which is my refund money, I want Rs 50000 as compensation towards losses i had. Your portal doesn’t provide options to attach more than one file or archive file. Kindly let me know how can i send you all supporting documents.
