We have following complaints. (1) car parking was sold to us for Rs. 250000 which was against honourable supreme court judgement made in 2010 (2) We are not allowed to take our own cable service, broadband service and fixed line telephone. Only their approved vendor (digicable and pmpl for broadband) is allowed to provide service (3) Access to terrace is limited to few hours only at abnormal time. Terrace comes under common area. No reason has been cited to us for such action. (4) As per agreement banquet hall and other facilities of club were part of common area, however while registration terms were changed without giving us prior time to read and same was not put to our notice. (5) Registration of agreement was done at a delay of 4 months. (6) maintenance bills were raised without allotment of car parking.As per agreement maintenance bill will be raised only after handing over flat and car parking

(1) grant compensation of Rs- 636163 (2) To quash all the restriction in my liberty (3) Banquet hall and other common area shall be used,by owners only. No profit can be made by company by renting these common area.
