Hello Sir/Madam, This is just to request you all to help me in my below complain/query. I bought a smart phone as Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100 28/05/2012 through Flipcart. From then till now this Handset is regularly going to service center and is creating lots of problem. Sir/Mam, I am a middle class Salaried person so spending 28K on this mobile was not a easy thought. But still for the sake of Interest and wish I bought this and is also on 3 months of EMI options. This mobile was in Service center 1st time when it was in warranty period, after that it has gone twice. Every time they do the basic servicing and ask me to use the mobile. At first time of servicing when my Handset was in warranty period I requested them to take some suitable action either by replacing the Handset or do some other alternative, but that time they refused to do that and assured me that it will work fine from now. Sir/Mam, Everytime the Handset is getting hot and I am afraid that there might be some other complication either to my ear or to any other person who might be using my Handset somehow. Sir/Madam, This time they have come up to me and said Motherboard for this handset has gone and it needs almost 9 thousand rupees for its repairing. This is something very ridiculous and it is very tough for me to invest now almost 9K on repairing this handset. This is something when an individual is struggling after he/she has bought one costly gadgets. Sir/Madam, I heard from some of my friends that you all can help me on this. As after spending almost 30K and having a service of it for at least 1.5 years also. Requesting you all to help me in fixing this issue and lodge this complain for me as I am struggling a lot with these people and I am not in position to spend more either on this phone or on new one. Please be so kind to let me know if you all need any more information regarding same. Expecting your kind co-operation and help on this. Many Thanks for your response on this in advance.
