I had ordered a product on 22 Feb 2014 and my Order No# 100011617 which is not yet been delivered. Its been more than 2 months. Each time I call the support team they say that there is been a back log and it will be delivered this coming week but it is not delivered. So I cancelled my order on 02-05-2014 but they are not refunding my money.

I am deeply hurt due to non delivery of the product. Upon searching on the internet I even found that the website (Deja-vu Trends) I ordered from is a fraud website. I am all the more worried more now. I have incurred a loss of 6700 rupees.

I want complete refund of 6700 rupees for the product I have ordered.
