I had booked a mobile phone on 15/03/2014 for Rs. 10996 from this website. The website promises to ship the product sameday.( On the home page right side). I paid the money online hopping to recieve the product normaly 3-4 days. on 17 I wrote an email then I am informed that the product will take 7-10 days excloding saturdays and sundays and holidays. I asked them for refund. But i did not get any reply. No one piks up the phone on customer care. I do try daily. On Apri 5 customer care phone got piked and the lady said it will take more days to dispach the mobile. I asked her for cancelation and refund but she said that she need to consult her seniors and will call me back. I am waiting for her call till date. Refund as early as possible.and such websites must be closed immidiatly.
