Not getting regular service since the last one week. Gave a complaint to customer care helpline reference number CRKOOLA on the 7th of April. No solution has been provided till now.

Want the services to be restored immediately. To be compensated for the services not enjoyed by me and for all the time and energy spent for getting the services. It would be appropriate to get at least 1 year free subscription.
