I bought a Hitachi Air-conditioner 1.5 ton SPLIT AC VIDE INV.NO. DJK05-1391AO-68 , on 11-05-2013 from Vijay Sales,Janakpuri , New Delhi .I am really feeling sorry that i have bought an Ac from the brand like Hitachi which is providing most inefficient post purchase services .we are surviving without Ac in such a pleasant weather(May 2013 -Present) where all my family members including my mother-in-law of 94 years age. From the very initial stage i have been complaining to Hitachi customer care and associate customer care under complaint no.5130718 dtd.20.05.2013 to install the machine purchased on 11.05.2013 but all in vein. Even the technicians whom I approached & requested to install the Ac so many times and promised that it will be installed today itself which proves all false and befouling the customers. If the company(Hitachi India) is not able to provide the services to the customers then it is better for them to not sell the product in the market as it is harassment and cheating with the customers. Please take the necessary action against the company who promised at the time of purchase that the installation period is 3 days from the date of delivery and it all is false

TO ALLOW US TO INSTALL THE AC AT OUR COST FROM FROM TECHINICIANS WHO MAY CHARGE RS.5000/=WHICH MAY BE RECOVERED FROM HITACHI INDIA BECAUSE INSTALLATION IS FREE.
