Saholic.Com Not Refunding my Payment

I ordered a micromax mobile phone from Saholic.com on 7 April 2013. The Order was cancelled due to non availability of colour. I have already paid my amount(Rs. 1999) with my OBC(Oriental Bank Of Commerce) debit card. When ordere was cancelled they informed me they will return my money with in 30 working days. At that time I was shocked because they will keep my money for 30 days without any reason. It’s not consumer friendly policy. I again wrote to site to pay back as soon as possible. They told me money will be refunded before 15th May but I still didn’t get my money back. Now they are saying wait for some more days. I don’t know how long they will take to refund?

I want get my payment back and also compensation for delaying in refunding and for the metal harassment. I also want to raise my voice against this system of delayed refunding of money. It will create insecurity among online consumers.
