Delay of the flat possession: I have purchased the flat from mr. raju (9867298259) and registered on 22 Dec 2010 and date of possesion mentioned is 30 Apr 2011. I have paid stamp duty and registration fees also. but due to legal conflict between the landlord Mr Raju and the builder Gulzar mistry we have not received the flat possession yet.and the same is in arbitration process never know when the result is expected.Since the day we have purchased the flat we have been kept in dark .And now Mr Raju is informing us to wait till the arbitration process is over.since last 2 and half years we are bearing the lossess and there is no compensation from his end as he is responsible for this delay.

Iam badly in need of accomodation ,since the date of possession i am losing interest on the paid amount and also the monthly rental for the alternate arrangement made by me till delayed possession

12% annual interest on amount paid for flat purchase and also monthly 20000 rs rent paid till date and also till the possession date is extended. from 1st of may 2011. 6.5 lakhs +6 lakhs= 12.5 lakhs and the remaining rent till date of possession.
