I had purchased a New / Original Laptop Batter for my Lenovo Laptop on 06/06/2012 from M/s. Zee Computer, Shop No. 6 (SBI ATM Row) Oil Market, Duliajan, Assam. 786602. But on 10th or 12th June 2013 my laptop showed backup problem and after that I had sent the Battery to the Retailer – M/s. Zee Computer. But they had returned the Battery to me after 10-15 days saying that the battery is NOT Under warranty. Now my biggest concern is that I had purchased the battery at Rs. 4400/- and it is not possible for me to purchase another New battery with the same amount. This could be changed under warranty as the Laptop brand is very big.

I am unable to use my Laptop as it is of no use now. Laptop had now become a desktop as it can be operated only in direct line and no battery back up.

I want to get the Battery replace with a new one as no battery could get damage only after completed of 1 yr from the date of purchase
