Delay in Servicing Faulty Micromax Phones

When touch screen of my device micromax a116, started having some issues i approached the service center for repair. But even after 50 days my phone was returned to me in an unrepaired state. After complaints, they say that i’ll have to go through the process all over again. Company’s own admitted max time to repair is 45 days.

I were unable to study online, the reason which i had bought the specified phone was. Numerous calls and visits to the service center and the customer care of micromax cost me money and induced stress etc. Most importantly i was and am continued being denied the service that is my right under the terms of warranty.

I want a complete refund of the money i spent on the phone or a new handset as i am not willing to submit my phone once again for an issue that should have been resolved in the first instance
