Based on advise from MAXX Customer care my mobile was given to Sai Mobile, Secunderabad on 10.03.14 for changing screen vide TAG NO-8716 by my wife Anuradha Sharma in her name. Charge was mentioned as Rs 1400 and expected delivery date was told as 2 weeks. Even after 3 months my mobile is not repaired and the shop & Maxx customer care is not providing satisfactory reply.
