The builder has violated redevelopment of building agreement and pending since 30 months and not paying monthly rent since august 2013 and cheques dishonoured. Now managing committee of society is also not solving the issue and the builder m/s k.t.sons taking advantage of members of society

Due to negligence of builder m/s kt. Sons the loss of finance is more than 50,00,000 (fifty lakh)and mental loss due to delay in redevelopment of buildind and non payment of monthly rent.as well as reducing in market value due to failure of redevelopment of project by the builder m/s k.t.sons

I want that the builder pay all losses of rent and compensate for lost value of property due to delay in project of redevelopment of building along with the cost of mental agony due to violating the all provision of re-develpment of building
