Videocon D2H Re Installation – Review

I’ve called customer care for re-installation of Videocon D2H service on my new address on 20th May’14. I was given resolution time at 4:21pm on 20th May’14 (Complaint# 226274641)but no one called up & came till 23rd May’14 so I had called up their customer care once again to know what happened & was given another complaint number (Complaint#226842860) with resolution date 24/05/14 2:10pm. No one called and turned up to resolve it.

Its been 4 days since I’ve logged my complaint & no action has been taken from their end. Whenever I call up their customer care, they escalate call to their supervisor & give me another complaint number but nothing happens. However, whenever I do not recharge my D2H post validity date, I keep on receiving at-least 4-5 automated calls from their end to recharge it. This is ridiculous service. It is giving me a lot of trouble as I am staying alone, I took half day off from my office for 2 times so that I can be at home when their engineer turns up for installation. Now it is getting difficult for me to get it done as I will not be getting any leaves just to install D2H service.. This is getting worst every day.

I would like to get at-least 3 years of free subscription from their end or 5 lakh rupees in cash as compensation.
