At the billing invoice No-400005379824 for the month of March,13 to May,13,It was mentioned that the Meter(No-E390108)was defective.We have applied to renew the Meter on 10.06.13.After the demise of my father Late Aswini Kumar Sharangi,the premises remained vacant.We also gave reminder on 30.09.13 after getting the bill for the month ofJun,13 to Aug,13 on the basis of previous Yr’s consumption pattern.But still the next 3 months billing was done on same criteria without changing the meter.(Rs 4054 & Rs.3977)
