delivery of order after cancelation and no refund

I have ordered a desktop from DELL computers but due to increase in lead time and behaviour of sales person I had cancelled the order. Still the order was delivered to me without any intimation. The details are as below:-

1. Ordered on 13/08/10
2. Committed date by salesman at the time of order 24 or 25/08/10
3. Committed date online status 31/08/10
4. Cancellation date 30/08/10
5. intimation of delay in delivery by dell through email on 31/08/10.
6. Confirmed through customer care executive(DELL) on 1/09/10 that dell has received the cancellation mail and are in process to get the approval of cancel the order.
7. Confirmed through customer care executive(DELL) on 3/09/10 that dell has put the hold on the order and it will not be dispatched and we will take 25-30 days for refund of full amount of rs. 35910.
8. Ordered delivered on 8/09/10 without any intimation, as against the procedure of order, written online.

No reply from customer care and salesperson for calls and mails.
