Regret to inform you that you didn’t take necessary action from your side against my telephone default in various dates complaints. But not yet rectified from your side. I have regularly paid every bill without delay issued by BSNL. I am not satisfied BSNL service in this regard.

Therefore you are requested to take necessary action and do the needful immediately otherwise I will go for higher authorities to get proper justice in this regard or my phone cancel and refund my deposit.
