I have ordered online for a desktop worth Rs. 63,590/- on 27.02.15. The order no. was 300127839. And the next day, I want to change the configuration of the system & I have kept my order on hold. I have mailed the new model no. of the system i.e Dell New Inspiron 3647 Desktop Rs.36,990. And asked for the refund of the balance amount. But there told that Rs. 1500/- will be deducted from the balance amount. I am not cancelling the order but reviewing the order. How can they deduct any amount? The balance amount shall be paid to me without any deduction.
