HOTEL PINE SPRING SRINAGAR Advance Booking Refund

We have not received our refund payment of Rs. 32000/- on account of cancellation of our booking at Hotel Pine Spring, Srinagar. We had booked our stay with Hotel Pine Spring, Srinagar in December for 4 nights, 2 rooms. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and taking into consideration our 1 yr old child’s health, we cancelled our booking. In lieu of the same and as per cancellation policy, we had requested the hotel management to refund 100% of the advance amount paid them. Amount to be remitted: Rs.. 32,000/- ONLY After nearly 2 months of continuous calls to accounts and reservation (ms. seema of reservation – 9906512140) & (mr. jameel of accounts) – no refund amount has been returned till date. We have email records of false promises made by Hotel Pine Spring to return our payment. Their last commitment was to return our refund by 17.02.2015.

We are very disturbed by their behavior and have no option but to address our issue to the consumer redressal department. Please take this issue forward and help us. We would like our payment of Rs. 32000/- already paid as advance to be returned on account of cancellation of our booking at Hotel Pine Spring, Srinagar.
