Dell India – Dealer not responding

Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a Destop-Dell optiplex 390 (Service Tag no. G0K8VQ1/EXPRESS SERVICE TAG: 34862524057) on 07-Sep-2011 with 3 Years warranty form your dealer P.J networks. Since 04-Aug-2014 I am facing some operating issue with the PC.I had approached to the Dell customer care (Ref no. 897573454) and the dell executive had told me that the machine was out of warranty since 23-07-2014. Since I had purchased the computer on 07-Sep-2011 so the warranty should be Valid till 06-sep-2014. Pertaining to this I had approrched several times to dell as well as the dealer from which I had made the purchase but they didn’t give any response to me. I am a service class person and It is not possible for me to follow up with unscrupulous people.

The three year warranty will expire on 06/Sep/2014 and they are waiting for this to happen so that they can charge me money.
