Sony Mobile T2 Ultra – Camera Issues – Review

Hi, On 9th July 2014 I purchased Sony mobile T2 Ultra dual sim. After using the mobile for 2 days it was observed that mobile is having camera issues for both front and rear camera. Issues were highlighted immediately to the dealer from whom the mobile was purchased. Dealer resorted the factory setting and asked us to use the mobile but problem was still there. So on 14th July I visited Chaitanya Electronics authorized Sony service center and address the issues to technician named Mr. Sandeep. Sandeep told us that the quality of the Sony handset is like this only and we cannot do anything about it. After lot of arguments he told us to make the job card and leave handset for 24hrs observation. Simultaneously I spoke on sony customer care number 180030002800 and spoke to some lady and explained her all the issue and she told me that is you have issue you have to get the handset replaced in 7 days replace policy. But just because of Sandeep attitude and ego problem he told that “You trust customer and not us”. Sandeep had said openly that you do anything but will not get the replacement. So on 16th July I collected the handsets with update version of software but the problem with cameras still was the same. So on 17th July I mailed all the issue on questions.in@support.sonymobile.com and received call back on 22nd July asking me to visit the same Sony center to update the latest version committing me that if problem is not solved we will talk to company and we will do the needful. So again handset was left in Sony center for software update and was collected after latest software update on 23rd July. Camera issues were not resolved and additional to it a new problem was generated in handset after software update. Handset began to restart at least 3 to 4 times a day. After 23rd July in spite of writing mails to questions.in@support.sonymobile.com I only got automated generated reply but not a single call for Sony customer care. When I called back again so lady committed me that I will arrange a call back as senior are busy but till date not call back. After lot of hard work I found the Sony phone number of Delhi i.e. +91-011-66006600 but no use of dialing It as it goes in IVR. After that I got another number of Pune office i.e.02067917200 where a security guard gave me number of Pune office where Mr. Chaitanya seats. But form last 2 days I trying to speak to Chaitanya but on his behave someone named Manoj he attends the call and tells me that Chaitanya is not available and you do as I tell you. I am just being harassed by Sony so want to file a consumer complaint against it with compensation for mental harassment. I wish to get me cash back paid for handset if not that than i want my handset replaced on immediate basis.
