Dell India – Laptop Battery Damaged Poor Service

Dell latitude 3540 laptop has been purchased from M/S cygnus information solution Pvt. Ltd Andheri mumbai on 31/10/2013 vide invoice # CISPLM/0376/13-14, service code # 6CT5QY1. On 13/08/2014 I found that my laptop battery has been damaged by displaying the message on screen,also advised to replace the battery. after removing adapter/charger laptop automatically shutdown. and even numeric number 7 button also stuck while operating. On 13/08/2014 itself, I requested to dell on toll free number but they refused to lodge the complaint. At the time of buying Cygnus information who is the distributor of dell told me that any problem will be handled on shore. But after purchasing the laptop dell and Cygnus information refused to lodge the complaint, as the said laptop is under warranty for 4 year and also battery under warranty for 1 year. Dell India ask the silly question instead of lodging the complaint also instead of sending the technician.
