Wrong Item is delivered. I have ordered “Usha Room Heater 3203M” but the item delivered is “Usha Room Heater 3203H”. Also the item is damaged. Please arrange for the replacement with correct item in working condition. I have filed complained right on the same day the product was delivered and till today have called their customer care twice, but no action till now.

I want replacement of product with correct model and in working condition.
