Dell Laptop Customer Care Not Satisfactory

we have purchased a laptop from dell india pvt ltd vide inv no: 8040630301 and dell order no: 840833109 in the month of march 2013 by paying monies of rupees 49,342.54 paisa . the issue here we have raised several times that cursor is not working properly. they have asked us to reinstall the OS which was done several times (by the cd sent company). the laptop was formatted about 3 times since we purchased. still the problem has not resolved as the issue is cropping up frequently. they have even replaced the mouse touch pad and even mother board of the laptop with in span of 30-45 days from the date of invoice. but still we are facing the issue though we have approached the dell customer care about a lot of times.

most of my family members uses dell laptop looking at their quality of the products and services we have purchased the laptop for domestic purpose and we have also taken an internet connection by paying 3000/- half yearly which we have hardly used the internet because of the issue. hence we request you to look into the matter on priority as we have wasted money on purchasing the laptop and taking internet connection. we also lost the trust on the company by supplying such defective laptop to the consumers.

we wanted to have replacement of the laptop and internet connection money and we have also wasted a lot time and energy in getting the laptop to this stage. as we both wife and husband are working looking the issue we are writing to you at night 11:19 by spoiling our sleep. request your intervention in getting the issue resolved at the earliest.
