Dell Laptop – Not getting Service

(job card no 317).On 24/07/14 i have given my dell laptop for repair to digital compusystem pvt. ltd. They told me to repair with in a week then after a week i have again reminded related my complaint and they asked for more 2 or 3 days. Then again after 2, 3 days i asked they told with in this week u will get, at this time the person who is talking on call his way of talking is not good. then i visited the shop on 21 of aug they told me that with in this week definitely u will get your laptop back. but yesterday 1/9/2014 he said take your laptop back we cant repair it when i asked why u havnt repaired he spoke rudly. Actually i am doing Ph.d and my work is totally software work and i requested them a lot of times to repair as soon as possible as my date for giving presentation viva on phd is near. finally they said i cant repair it harass me mentally. if they are unable to repair it then they should inform me earlier so that i can make some other arrangements but they always misguided me as well as all my phd data is in laptop but they didn’t understand my problem. If some time frame is defined to complete a task they should must stick to this 2 or 3 days may be taken as relaxation period but such a long time can make a loss to other person as in my case.

sir i want only justice ,it’s all right if my laptop is not repaired but their way of talking and dealing with customer is very unacceptable and they should be fine for that.
