I had ordered few Loreal products online under the scheme that if i but Loreal Products worth Rs. 1200, I get a free big treasurebox. I ordered products worth Rs. 1206 on 29th March 2014. Order No. 20140329212167. I didn’t receive the product / refund until May that too after several follow ups. In May when I recd, the order, the Loreal 7 oil essential missing and the shampoo was leaking. The free gift was also missing. Since then, purplle.com has neither replaced the order nor have refunded the money. Moreover, whenever I call on their customer care number, either there is no reply or everytime they order will be picked up soon. When I write emails, there is hardly any reply other. I am fed up now and need my money back. Please help. I have photos of damaged products.

I want Rs. 1206 plus the money i wasted on STD calls, approx. Rs. 500 back.
