Hello I have a purchase dell 5558 model laptop but purchase same date faulty piece and i am a contact dell customer And dell replace 1 month latter new 5559 laptop replace but this product is poor quality I am not satisfied this product. Dell is not acceptable but i have a comparison my laptop and same model laptop Very different product my laptop not good quality.
