I have a Reliance Postpaid No 9864XX110 which I transfer to BSNL by porting on 01.10.2015 at 17.41 hrs. and it was accepted vide Code No. ES496372. The Number was affected on 20.10.2015 at 22.00 hrs. On 03.03.2016 disconnect the service without any notice and on enquiry they informed that the number had returned back to the previous operator due to outstanding with previous operator.(copy enclosed) I informed you that, last Bill dated- 24.10.2015 for Rs. 1,025/-covered for the period from 18.10.2015 to 23.10.2015 which I paid on 19.11.2015.Today I visited Reliance office located at 3rd Floor, Mega Plaza, Christian Basti, G.S.Road, Guwahati – 781005 with a complain letter but office bearer / receptionist of Reliance Telecom denied to receipts the letter. They also told me that if I willing, then they may relies the connection in Reliance only. Now It is confirmed that it is a bonafide intention to harsing customer.
