Dell Not Responding to Customers

Sub:No response of taking care of your own customer.

With reference to the above subject I’ve a complaint that your company members are not taking care up of my complaints who have their dealer ships I made a complaint that my speakers got fault during last month and I’ve warranty for that but none of your dell dealers are not taking care of it. So please I request you kindly to consider this complaint to change my speakers
