Demand for Mobile Replacement from Samsung

I have purchase a rex 60 mobile of samsung make on 17.08.13. Purchase bill attached. Since the date of purchase i have been facing several problems in that mobile. The copy of all the job sheet are attached for your perusal.

I conclude that the mobile sold to me is a defective piece and demand complete replacement from samsung company. The reason that a new mobile had to be given to service center 4-5 times within this few months is enough reason to demand its replacement from a reputed company like samsung.
