I have booked genie cab on 10th May for 3.00 pm. Dehu – moshi road to pune railway station.

But at 3.10 pm when cab didn’t came and I called them and they said they are very sorry but right now no cab is available on that route. This was really shocking for me. As I was having my train at 4.30 and at 3.10 they are saying sorry. I was not having any option. I went running finding for auto and anyhow I managed to reach railway station at 4.25 pm. What if I was late.

And you might not be knowing that I have taken 2 tier AC tatkal ticket of railway. And how hard it is to get tatkal in peak season of may month. And if I have missed train that day my whole vacation might got cancelled.

Also I have thrashed my friend who has given your reference to book cab. And now I am going to circulate this message in all my friend circle.
