Trinerve capsule was requested from Frank Ross Pharmacy NSC bose Road Kolkata-47 on 7.01.13 with complete bill amount of Rs 81. After preparing bill chemist in front desk denied to provide me medicine becuase I can’t gave him Rs1 change. Lastly he misbehaved and asked me to returned the medicine becuase he have no exchange amount of Rs9 against payment of Rs100. On request on my poor health he provided me the medicine by placing Rs1 due in my bill with exchange amount Rs20. He has showed his anger and used bad words before providing me the medicine.Inv No:54168

I just need to ask from the Frank Ross Pharmacy how they are placing such type of employee in front desk who have no sympathy and care of people who are suffering from illness, I need immediate action against the employee in the particular shop of Frank Ross NSC bose Road Kolkata.
