We booked Dooars for 21 Person from Denzong leisures. They cheated us providing a very cheap quality hotel and awful services. When we booked the tour, they said that we will give you full refund if any complaints. They threatened us to move out of hotel midnight without any reason. Also they have not sent me any invoice of the payment made, which is also a fraud. I am attaching the copy of complaints that we sent to the tour people and as well as their package details which states full refund if any complain. I have paid them 85,000 for the tour and now they are not picking my call and refunding the money. Need a Full refund as mentioned in their clause.
