I am a PNB metlife customer, i have opted pnb metlife policy…. for which i paid Rs 12500 through cheque for the same… now, before i was about to give the cheque for my 2nd premium amt wh was for Rs. 12500, my father called the cx care dept of pnb metlife… and from there we came to know that all the terms n conditions and benefits told by the policy advisor who is Rajesh Kumar is absolutely wrong… and than when i checked my form which i got from PNB… i realised that they even put my Duplicate signatures in the form… coz there is a mismatch in the signatures… the signatures in the T$C form is not mine… I also approached the PNB complaint dept for the same… also i approached the Grevience dept….of pnb… and they asked for my signature proof… coz there is a mismatch of signature in the form… so, i sent them the scan copy of my pancard for further investigation… but the very next day they changed there statement n told me that there is no mismatch in the signature… and they offered the policy chosen by us… which is absolutely wrong… and when we opted for the policy we have been given the illustration which shows that after 5 yrs the amount that we will receive after maturity of the policy will be Rs 4,12,000…. but… the cust care dept told that we”ll bt getting Rs 250000+ 30% of face value… also the complaint dept of pnb told us that the illustration which we got from the advisor is invalid… and the pnb advisor Rajesh Kumar… also misleaded us by saying that the premium will be paid monthly… however, its querterly… So. i request u to plz kindly help me to get my money that i paid as the first premium which is Rs 12500 + other charges refunded asap….
