With respect to the insurance claim of motorcycle (Regn No: DL-4S-ND-3556), i have already filed all the papers requested by Investigating officer (Mr Rajesh Sharma) and submitted these papers in Oct-13. Now after three months i have received a letter from National Insurance that i need to submit Final Information Report (U/s 173). As i said earlier, i have submitted all the requisite documents to IO Mr Rajesh Sharma (Receipt by him dated 29th Oct 2013 is attached for your reference). Also attached is the Final Information Report and Untrace Report (u/s 379) received from District Court and Police Station respectively and original is already submitted for the same.

I have visited the office at Jhandewalan after receiving this letter and i have been asked to obtain the Final Information Report (u/s 173 of IPC) again. This is quite hardship on me as i have already submitted the documents asked by IO and he has received this document and now i have been asked to again go to court and submit a new report. This is quite annoying also as already its a long list of documents to get the insurance claim which i have submitted with so much difficulty and now again my claim is rejected on the context to submit a new document.

Hence i would like to mention that since all the requisite documents are already received by National Insurance so my claim should be process at the earliest. In case it is not processed and i have been asked to submit this new document for processing the insurance claim, i have been left with no option except to go for LEGAL PROCEEDINGS against insurance company for not processing claim despite submitting all documents and unnecessary troubling me.
