I had booked a 2 BHK Flat of 965 Square feet from M/s Dey Deveoper on 26.11.2011 and the Registration (Agreement for Sale) was done on 08.02.2012 and the Deed (Indenture of Sale) was made on 22.02.2013.I have procured the Flat by taking a Home loan from IDBI Bank.The Flat was handed over to me in complete condition and I started residing in the same from May 2012.Since then I am repeated following up with my Promoter Mr. Subroto Dey (of Dey Developer) for Completion Certificate such that Mutation of my property can be made but all my efforts are in vain.Till date the Completion Certificate has not been provided to me and I am not able to pay Tax of my property.The Promoter has been cleared of all his dues and I am paying my EMI at IDBI till date on time.

I request Core Centre to kindly suggest a remedy to this problem or if any action can be taken at your end to facilitate the process then I shall be grateful if you kindly initiate action in this regard.
