Hi Team, This is to bring you in notice of utter nonsense services offered by DHFL. I was a huge mistake of my life to finance my home loan from DHFL. my loan account number is 00003470 and taken on 29th Dec 2014 for my property which is ongoing development. I had a demand from builder on 11th May 2018, so i approach DHFL for the demand, furnishing every details required for disbursement. my point of contact was Krishna Thorat. He is such a useless fellow, i dont understand, why he is there. He never respond to any query or call or email. I literally ran after him to meet him at Dahisar office. every time if i connect with him, he said, disbursent will be done in 1 week and after that there is no response from him. I am tired of this now. still my disbursement not done and worst part on top of that, I am charged with full EMI amount, instead of PEMI interest. Kindly resolve this ASAP. I am obliged to goto consumer forum, if not resolved in a week time. Regards, Akshay
