I bought diwali online coupon and bought 4 shirts at galleria reliance hyd. But the store person took away my coupon and did not even apply my coupon and placed the order.When I contacted customer care first they assured me that they reorder it with coupon.I contacted them many times but they repeated said that they will help me out to get the shirt at that coupon discounted price,I called for 4 times and did not get any support.this is very disappointing and we tend to loose the trust in your brand.this was not expected from such a big and trusted brand.Even mistake was from store end we are at the loss and this is very disappointing.
