Very worst experience from DHFL. My name is Vivek Kumar. my dhfl loan code is 00042913. i have taken loan from your Vipul Agora, Gurugram, Haryana 122002 Branch. and applied for PMAY on 13/09/2018,Given SRDIS 01610493, it’s been more than a 5 month until now didn’t get PMAY Subsidy from DHFL. when calling to customer care, they only neglecting to give proper answer and telling me to submit the documents. when i applied for PMAY that time i have submitted the documents.In between they ask for my home town documents which is already on my fathers name of our previous address which I was submitted through email . But unfortunately customer care always getting the same answer that the case is in process will go in the next submission lot, I am taking follow up in the mail again and again. Please take the necessary action other wise we will be complain the regulatory forms and RBI ombudsman rules.
