Dear Team,

Duke 200 ABS purchased on 25/03/2019 was first serviced on 06/05/2019 at Jai Autos (12340) attached service invoice.

Mentioned two complaint at the time of service, 1) Vehicle auto off (not often) when reducing the gear.
2) Bike skidding if brake is applied (it should not as it’s ABS version)

The above mentioned complaints weren’t rectified, when approached service center they just informed we have oiled so it will take a week to be normal.

In addition to these problem after the service I found scratches in my tank and noise from the discs as well.

Could you please address immediately as it’s worrying a lot.
