Hello Sir,

Just want to complaint about the behavior they do with their customers.

Company Name: DHL Express Relocations

I opted for their service for shifting my bike from Pune to Hyderabad.

Their agents come to flat in Pune to pick up bike and I asked is their service covered with transit insurance or not they told me not to worry about anything and gave me time for 2 day delivery but they took 6 days.

When they are delivering the bike they don’t send it through their company agent they handed over my bike to some 18-19 year old boy and he meet with the accident along with bike that bog got injured badly in this incident.

Even I go to place they told me to pick up my damaged bike it was in too bad condition, photos and videos I will be attaching to this mail please review them. When I contacted back to the above mentioned phone for the compensation, he told me that claim your insurance company we are not responsible for that.

The irresponsible act of handling my bike to another boy that is incapable of handling it, I don’t know whose mistake is this. I want your help to sort this matter.
