I booked transportation of my house-hold things and a Santro Xing Car Reg. No. DL-6CJ 2969 by DHL packing and moving Company. Head Office 5-41/2, Near More Super market, RR Nagar, Old Bownpally, Secunderabad-500011. Website- www.dhlpackers.in for New Delhi to Trivandrum(Kerala). The contact person is Mr. Nitin Aggarwal, Gurgaon Office, Contact no. 971175xxx9. The consignment No is 1141. The loading of items was done on 4-06-2015. The car has transported under same cosignment. The payment was asked on 70%(advance) and 30% after delivery. Out of total amount Rs. 64,158, the sum of 60,158 is already paid which is more than 70% of the total charges. Cash paymentat the time of loading: Rs.50,158, NEFT trnafer- Rs.10000 internet banking. Complaints against the company: 1. The household things are delivered at night with false promises for last two days for which I had to take off from my work. 2. All the things delivered are in pretty bad shape.(drenched with water, damaged furniture, Missing Items). 3.Insurance papers are yet not mailed or handed over after 16 days of consignment booking. 4. Adamant to deliver or missing item or pay for loss. 5*. Not delivering car and asking for full payment transfer first which is contradicts to the payment after delivery promise. 6. Harassing for payment and non-releasing of vehicle without full payment. I request to take strict action against the company and particularly the contact person who is denying his responsibility. I Have been through severe mental stress and a patient of Migraine. I have shifted to this new place and fighting with this bureaucracy stuffs is really pain. had to sleep on floor for three days because of these people. I want them to release my insurance papers, my vehicle and pay for the damage for my stuff and mental stress. Apart from the damages mention it will be more useful if further actions are taken against such a cheat company, which promises so much and finally delivering craps.
